Hi everyone, our North Geelong Bunnings BBQ fundraiser is coming up in a couple weeks on the 3rd. Thanks to everyone who already put their name down on presentation night, but we need a few more to help out. We need 4 people per 2 hour shift (8-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4), and were hoping to keep it simple that the Navvies cover 10-12, Gators 12-2 and Plainers 2-4. Please let me know your availability in the comments, even if it suits you to do a different shift.
We are also running a cake stall which did really well for us last year. So please organise some homemade goodies with an ingredient list on the plate for legal purposes.
